ICU Monitoring Integration
The devices around an ICU bed come from different vendors (Philips, Mindray, Taidoc and others), and each ships with its own proprietary upload platform. These platforms don't talk to each other, and none of them feed easily into your existing HIS or EMR. Clinical data ends up scattered across vendor clouds and standalone back-ends, turning ICU data integration into a cross-system coordination problem.
Vendor data silos
Every monitoring device comes with its own upload solution, whether a vendor cloud or a standalone back-end, creating multiple data silos that never connect. The hospital HIS has no way to pull this real-time monitoring data, so clinicians switch between separate systems to look it up, and integration costs stay high.
FHIR middleware integration
eMicro provides a purpose-built ICU middleware that runs on your hospital's own servers, sitting between vendor devices and the in-house HIS. It automatically receives data from each vendor, translates it into standard HL7 FHIR, and pushes it proactively to your EMR and quality management systems, bringing clinical data back into a single view.
